Rose's limited edition novella, "A Bear's Place," was published in May 2010. Her creative fiction and poetry have been featured in the The Light Exphrasis, New Growth Arts Review and Welter.

Her blog has been mentioned in the Washington Post Express, and her photos have been featured in the Baltimore b Daily.

By day, she works as the assistant director of public relations at UMBC, where she writes and produces student stories through writing, video and photography for both web and print. (See a web story and video that Rose wrote, shot and edited here.)
